Are you a senior Banking Business Analyst or Payments Integration Specialist with deep expertise in Finastra GPP and commercial lending systems We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team for a high-impact role!

About the Role

In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex banking business processes and technology solutions. You will lead requirement gathering, product configuration, and end-to-end integration across Finastra GPP and commercial lending workflows (ACBS modules), ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Elicit and document requirements for Term Loans, Revolving Credit Facilities, and Syndicated/Participation Loans.
• End-to-End Lifecycle Analysis: Map full loan lifecycles from Origination → Credit Approval → Booking → Servicing → Closure.
• Financial Structuring: Define complex interest rates, fee structures, amortization schedules, and repayment models.
• Module Configuration & Validation: Configure and validate ACBS modules and interface integration points with Finastra GPP.
• Data & Financial Recon: Execute data reconciliation, financial validations, and audit readiness.
• Regulatory Compliance: Support compliance standards including Basel and IFRS frameworks.

What We Are Looking For

• 10–15 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking & Capital Markets domain.
• Hands-on experience with Finastra GPP (Global PAYplus) and commercial lending platforms (ACBS).
• Strong domain knowledge in commercial loans, syndicated credit, and payment workflows.
• Proven track record in SDLC / Agile delivery frameworks.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and communication skills.

Expected Deliverables

• Comprehensive Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) for ACBS & GPP configurations.
• Detailed Loan Product Setup Documentation.
• Test Strategy, Test Cases, and Reconciliation Reports.
