Job Summary

  • Ramco Systems is looking for a proactive and analytical fresher Chartered Accountant to join our team as a Business Analyst. This role plays a critical role in managing the lifecycle of the financial modules in an ERP system. This includes higher involvement in product development, implementation, and post-go-live support to ensure alignment with customer requirements and industry standards. The role requires a mix of financial expertise, project management skills, and customer service focus. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for finance and technology, exceptional analytical abilities, and the adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap for financial modules, aligning with business goals and market trends.
  • Identify and prioritize new features or enhancements based on customer feedback, compliance needs, and competitive analysis.
  • Ensure the financial modules adopt the latest technological advancements and best practices in ERP systems
  • Work closely with internal teams, customers, and industry experts to gather and analyze financial requirements
  • Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and technical specifications for development teams.
  • Provide insights and guidance during the development phase to ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
  • Ensure seamless integration of the finance module with other ERP modules, such as procurement, HR, and supply chain.
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of the ERP finance module, from Requirements gathering, data migration, User Champion Training, User Acceptance Testing and Go-live.
  • Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and technical specifications to guide development teams.
  • Assist in data migration activities, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions on ERP functionalities.
  • Configure and test ERP modules to ensure operational accuracy and seamless integration.
  • Act as the go-to person for all queries related to the ERP finance module.
  • Stay updated on advancements in regulations, technology, and finance innovations to deliver informed recommendations.

  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
