About The Role
We are seeking experienced finance professionals to join our team as Finance Experts. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute your domain expertise in areas such as corporate finance, investment banking, accounting, FP&A, private equity, and consulting to the development of advanced AI models. As part of our collaborative research environment, you will work closely with AI researchers to evaluate and improve the performance of AI systems in financial tasks. This position is ideal for professionals who have a strong understanding of financial concepts and are eager to apply their knowledge in an innovative, technology-driven setting. No prior AI experience is necessary, as training and guidance will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, FP&A, accounting, or financial consulting. Candidates holding CFA (Level I/II/III), CA, CPA, or MBA in Finance will be preferred. However, relevant on-job experience combined with targeted training will also be considered. A strong grasp of financial concepts such as corporate finance, investment analysis, asset management, and risk management is essential. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are required to effectively collaborate with team members and articulate insights clearly. Candidates should demonstrate analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate model outputs in finance-related tasks to identify performance gaps and areas for improvement.
- Develop structured rubrics and assessment frameworks tailored to specialized financial areas such as deal analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and investment scenarios.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to design effective training methodologies, evaluation strategies, and benchmarking standards.
- Provide domain-specific insights to guide the development of AI models, ensuring relevance and accuracy in financial contexts.
- Participate in iterative testing and validation processes to refine AI systems and enhance their performance in financial applications.
- Contribute to documentation and reporting of evaluation results, offering actionable recommendations for model improvement.
