The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of SAP SD and cross-functional knowledge of Materials Management (MM) and Finance (FI), preferably within pharmaceutical or MedTech environments. Operating fully remotely within Central European Time (CET), this position offers the opportunity to contribute to a large-scale SAP rollout, supporting process improvements across Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and financial integration.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess strong SAP expertise, particularly in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), complemented by solid knowledge of SAP MM and SAP FI modules. A proven track record as a Business Analyst within SAP programmes, especially in implementation, rollout, or transformation projects, is essential. Experience in pharmaceutical or MedTech sectors is highly desirable, as is familiarity with S/4HANA environments. The candidate should demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams. A background in Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies is preferred, along with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements across SAP SD, MM, and FI processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and support the design of SAP solutions to meet these requirements.
- Lead and facilitate workshops, including fit-gap analysis and process alignment sessions, to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Support the end-to-end process design across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and financial integration, ensuring seamless process flows.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure the successful delivery and configuration of SAP solutions.
- Participate in system testing phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support defect resolution efforts.
- Assist with data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and consistency across SAP modules.
- Contribute to cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare support to ensure a smooth transition post-implementation.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in line with project standards, utilizing tools such as Solution Manager and JIRA.
Benefits
- Opportunity to work on a long-term, impactful SAP transformation project within a globally recognized organization.
- Fully remote working environment providing flexibility and work-life balance.
- Competitive freelance rates and the chance to collaborate with a diverse, international team.
- Exposure to large-scale SAP implementations, offering valuable experience and professional development.
- Engagement in a fast-paced, innovative project environment that encourages proactive problem-solving.
