About The Role
We are seeking experienced SAP Business Analysts to join our dynamic team at Accel4 Inc. This role is pivotal in managing the full lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA projects, from initial planning and design to post-implementation support. As an SAP Business Analyst, you will work closely with diverse stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and process optimization. The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives across various industries, leveraging your expertise in SAP modules and business processes. The role is based in Hyderabad with a hybrid work model, providing a flexible work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT or functional roles, with at least 3 years specializing in SAP S/4HANA or relevant SAP modules.
- Strong technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including integration with third-party systems and data migration techniques.
- Proven experience in process design, configuration, and implementation of SAP solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively identify learning opportunities.
- Prior industry domain experience is highly desirable, providing contextual understanding of business processes.
Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Process Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project objectives, gather detailed requirements, and document process fitment into SAP best practices. Facilitate workshops and interviews to ensure comprehensive understanding of business needs.
System Configuration & Implementation: Lead fit-to-standard analysis, configure SAP S/4HANA modules, and oversee data migration activities. Ensure solutions are aligned with business requirements and industry standards.
Process Optimization: Manage and optimize end-to-end business processes across core areas such as Concept to Product, Plan to Fulfill, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report. Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, act as a liaison between technical teams and business users, and drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
Testing & Support: Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and cutover planning. Provide hypercare support during the post-go-live phase to resolve issues swiftly and ensure system stability.
Leadership & Mentoring: Guide junior consultants, facilitate knowledge sharing, and lead project rollout initiatives. Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams.
