KeyResponsibilities:

  1. Stakeholder Relationship Management

a. Acts as a trusted advisor for business for all new business demands requiringtechnology or operations enablement / solution

b. Supports Biz T&O Head prioritizing business requests provide insights

c. SupportsBiz T&O Head for project pipeline, pre-project planning activities, QRprioritization

d. Supportseffective business change by building relationships with business leaders,technology and operational business partners

  1. High Level Solutioning

a. Develophigh-level solution to illustrate feasibility of achieving target businessoutcomes

b. Aligninghigh-level solution with organizational technology roadmap and strategy workingin consultation with enterprise architecture and business technology servicesteams

c. Workeffectively with the business users and internal technology teams to ensure allaspects of the business requirement is defined and analysed

d. Developrobust solution - holistic taking into account of end-to-end flow (process /system)

e. Initiatethe implementation plan for Group T&O projects. This will include allactivities that the business needs to do to prepare for new operation processand technical components.

  1. Change Implementation Planning & Management

a. Undertake scoping and evaluation ofnew initiatives. Defining overall considerations, including scalability,maintainability, cost, operations and technology principal risk to provide arecommendation

b. Leadand collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams including businessanalysts, solution architect, business technology services teams, and testingteams to define/clarify requirements

c. Workwith business technology services team on the smooth delivery of the solution

d. ReviewTest Strategy, help plan and support the user acceptance testing and helpaddress any issues. Ensures that there is a business perspective on how the newoperations and technical capabilities will be delivered to the business.

e. Spotpotential problems, recognize the risk impact and propose risk mitigationstrategies.
