We are looking for a talented and hard working Business Analyst ,who can help us to understand the documentation part of every project of us.
- Requirement Gathering - Understanding of client's requirements and business process..Co-ordination with design and development team.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Analyze client's business requirements & processes through document analysis & workflow analysis.
- Provide input into developing & modifying the system to meet client needs.
- Responsible for creation of SRS, BRD, FRD.
- Helping hand in the creation of Proposals.
- Good knowledge of Gap Analysis.
- Conducting meeting to keep track of the ongoing project
- Performing manual testing to ensure the software is flawless.
- Identify & reconcile errors to ensure accurate business requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions before deployment.
- Proficient in both waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
- Exposure in ERP/CRM domain.
- Experience in communicating with Client and handling their queries and concerns.
- Ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines and also work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills with experience as a coordinator between client and offshore team.
