About the Role
We're looking for a Business Analyst Executive to join our franchise consulting team and take independent ownership of client engagements — from financial modeling and investor presentations to franchise development strategy. This is not an entry-level or trainee position: we need someone who can walk into a client meeting, understand their business, and come back with a franchise model that holds up under scrutiny.
If you have an MBA, a commerce background, sharp written English, and 1–3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or franchise development — this role is built for you.
What You'll Own
- Franchise Business Modeling & Financials – Independently build financial models, ROI projections, and cash flow forecasts for clients looking to franchise their business.
- Investor & Client Presentations – Design and deliver polished pitch decks and investor presentations that clients can take straight to franchisees or investors.
- Client-Facing Consulting – Lead client discovery sessions, break-out meetings, and discovery day programs — explaining strategy and franchise structuring directly to business owners, not just supporting senior consultants.
- Report Writing & Research – Own end-to-end market research, feasibility studies, and franchise structure reports across retail, F&B, education, and services sectors.
- Franchise Documentation – Build and finalize franchise offering documents, operating manuals, and SOPs for franchisor clients.
- Proposal & Sales Support – Write client proposals and collaborate with the sales team on documentation and deal requirements.
- Relationship Management – Independently manage ongoing client relationships and deliverables without requiring day-to-day oversight.
- Team Guidance – Mentor and review the work of Business Consultant Interns supporting your engagements.
Who We're Looking For
- MBA graduate with a BCom/BBA/commerce undergraduate background (strongly preferred over engineering/science/arts backgrounds, given the financial modeling core to this role).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in business consulting, franchise development, market research, or financial analysis. Freshers with exceptional internship track records in this exact domain may be considered.
- Excellent written and spoken English — this role requires representing the company directly in front of clients and investors.
- Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; demonstrated ability to build financial models and investor-ready decks independently.
- Working knowledge of business laws and procedures relevant to franchising (preferred).
- Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate immediately; must be comfortable working from our Race Course Road office, 6 days a week (Monday–Saturday).
Not a Fit If:
- You're looking for an IT/ITES analyst role — this is unrelated to that domain.
- You don't have a commerce/finance foundation and haven't worked with financial models before.
- You're not comfortable owning client relationships independently.
Compensation
Competitive, commensurate with experience — to be discussed based on your consulting/analyst background. (Let me know if you'd like me to slot in a specific range or band — happy to adjust.)
