Business Analyst / Executive Assistant To Sr. MD

Responsibilities:

• Prepare business reports for leadership and internal stakeholders that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
• Extract insights from large, cross-functional data sets across systems, functions, and divisions
• Develop easy-to-understand reports, both periodic and ad hoc, covering domains such as sales, marketing, product development, supply chain, and operations
• Build and maintain replicable and scalable data monitoring/reporting systems for ongoing business use
• Incorporate external data sources where relevant to support key business decisions
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all management reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and streamline reporting processes
• Present complex data in a clear and actionable format using tools and visualizations that support decision-making

Qualifications:

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and coordination abilities
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver accurate outputs consistently
• Knowledge of administrative and reporting services
• Prior experience or familiarity with data reporting tools, dashboards, or data visualization software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field preferred
