Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong business-facing capabilities to drive analytics and reporting initiatives. The role requires expertise in stakeholder management, documentation, and dashboard development, particularly within the Asset Management / Mutual Fund domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into analytics solutions
  
• Prepare and manage BRD (Business Requirement Document) and FRD (Functional Requirement Document)
  
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
  
• Track and manage tasks, user stories, and workflows using Jira
  
• Deliver actionable insights to support business decisions in asset management and mutual fund operations
  
• Ensure clear communication between business, analytics, and technical teams
  

Required Skills

• 5–6 years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence
  
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  
• Hands-on experience with Power BI
  
• Experience in BRD/FRD documentation
  
• Proficiency in tools like Jira
  
• Domain knowledge in Asset Management / Mutual Funds
  

Preferred

• Experience working in BFSI or financial services
  
• Understanding of reporting frameworks and data analysis concepts
