Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Act as a liaison between US (EST/PST) and India teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment.
• Analyze and optimize Quote-to-Cash processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Drive and support pre-build and post-build validation activities.
• Lead UAT cycles, coordinate testing efforts, and ensure successful implementation of system enhancements.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure continuous process improvements and contribute to business transformation goals.
