Sit between the business and the engineering team. You will turn how the company actually works into specifications developers can build from.

What you'll do

• Gather requirements from department heads — sales, CRM, accounts, HR, legal

• Document current processes and map them to system workflows

• Write functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria

• Design approval flows, role permissions and report requirements

• Work with the technical team through build and clarify requirements as they arise

• Run user acceptance testing with the departments

• Train users and write documentation

What we're looking for

• 3+ years as a business analyst on software projects

• Ability to talk to non-technical business users and extract what they actually need

• Clear documentation skills — specifications, flowcharts, user stories

• Understanding of databases and how applications are structured

• Comfortable challenging a requirement rather than just recording it

Good to have

• ERP implementation experience

• Accounting or finance process knowledge

• Real estate industry exposure

• Experience with BPMN or process mapping tools
