Business Analyst – Enterprise Applications
The Business Analyst (Enterprise Applications) serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, application teams, vendors, and project teams to deliver strategic technology solutions across the OPUS portfolio. This role is responsible for leading requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, testing, implementation, and change management activities for enterprise applications.
A key focus of this position will be leading business analysis efforts for the implementation and rollout of the Field Service Management (FSM) platform, ensuring alignment between business objectives, operational processes, and technology capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder workshops, interviews, and process analysis sessions to understand business needs and objectives.
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Analyze business processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to evaluate solutions and support successful project delivery.
- Support system implementations through data migration, testing, training, deployment, and change management activities.
- Define acceptance criteria, develop test scenarios, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Contribute to application governance, standards, documentation, and knowledge management practices.
- Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders, providing clear communication of project status, risks, issues, and recommendations.
- Partner with support and technical teams to investigate application issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive permanent corrective actions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise application environments.
- Experience implementing or supporting NetSuite ERP.
- Experience participating in enterprise software implementations.
- Strong understanding of: Business Process Modeling, Requirements Management and UAT and Release Management
- Experience working with third-party vendors and implementation partners.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing or supporting Field Service Management platforms.
- Experience working with enterprise integrations and APIs.
