This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying process improvements, and providing actionable insights to optimize business operations. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with stakeholders, documenting business needs, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The individual will also communicate effectively across teams to drive data-informed decision-making.

• Proven Analytical Skills and proficiency in Business Analysis
• Experience with Business Processes and identifying Business Requirements
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset
• Proficiency in tools and methodologies relevant to business analysis (e.g., flowchart software, databases)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Familiarity with technology-driven business environments is a plus
