Utilize your expertise in business analysis across intricate Finance and Tax projects to accurately evaluate business requirements, perform process diagnostics, and conduct gap assessments. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the delivery of change outcomes, reducing disruptions, and creating communications that resonate with both impacted user groups and senior stakeholders.

• Requirements lead for E-Invoicing program is responsible for interpreting e-invoicing and e-reporting requirements from various jurisdictions, ensuring it is understood by Project Managers and Workstream Leads.
• Interpret e-invoicing and e-reporting requirements from various jurisdictions by accessing the regulation available on public domain.
• Document such requirements on Confluence and its impact to Macquarie in consultation with Indirect Tax leads and Big 4 advisors.
• Leverage your understanding of Tax principles and regulations to help the team with solution design.
• Support discovery and planning exercise for upcoming jurisdictions by understanding their invoicing landscape and transaction types.
• Exceptional relationship-building, influencing skills, and the ability to present insights compellingly.
• Proficiency in conducting process diagnostics, identifying inefficiencies, and developing business cases.
• Strong capability in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating people impacts into change management strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships across various levels and navigate complex issues.
