Experience with requirements elicitation techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.

Business Process Modeling:
Knowledge of business process modeling techniques and tools such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and UML (Unified Modeling Language).
Ability to create process flow diagrams, use case diagrams, and sequence diagrams.
