Role Requirements:

Proficient with all methods of Requirement Gathering
Experience with gap analysis and subsequent Product Enhancement
Driving Adoption and Change Management
End to End Requirement Delivery
Requirement tracking and management
Working understanding of project tracking tools like JIRA
Able to create UI/UX , wireframe or mockups on Ppt / Figma
Domain Understanding of BFSI sect or
Able to understand tech to coordinate with tech team
Communication skills : Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders for closure of requirements
Team Player and able to work with people at multiple hierarchy levels
Able to work on MS office
Fluent with creation of requirement documents like BRD/FRD
Fucntional Testing and UAT of requirement
Designing solutions and delivery planning with cross functional teams
Basic SQL
