Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Serve as subject matter expert in crypto assets, blockchain, and tokenization of US securities
Analyze and define business requirements for tokenized securities, digital assets, and post-trade workflows
Understand and support position keeping and position calculations, including lifecycle events and reconciliations
Validate Profit & Loss (P&L) calculations including realized/unrealized gains, valuation adjustments, and reporting impacts
Drive accuracy of journal and ledger postings for securities and digital asset transactions
Collaborate with operations, finance, and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Participate in solution design, target operating model discussions, and control framework development
Assess accounting, operational, and business impacts of tokenized securities in US markets
Support process improvement, gap analysis, testing, and implementation activities
Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational standards, and regulatory considerations
