Business Analyst Digital Products

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst - Digital Products to bridge business needs and technology solutions within our Supply Chain and Planning functions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, planners, and inventory managers to define requirements, improve data quality, and establish a scalable global data foundation for planning and inventory processes. This role will play a critical part in enabling a single source of truth for plan and inventory data assets, supporting demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and digital transformation initiatives across regions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Support the development and enhancement of digital products and data solutions for planning and inventory management.

- Enable a single, harmonized view of planning and inventory data across global and regional teams.

- Work closely with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Management teams to understand business processes and data requirements.

- Drive data quality initiatives including data profiling, cleansing, standardization, and harmonization.

- Define and support data governance frameworks, standards, and policies for planning and inventory data assets.

- Perform business and data analysis to identify process gaps, optimization opportunities, and improvement initiatives.

- Partner with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and data models.

- Support inventory optimization and supply chain transformation projects through data-driven insights.

- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management activities.

- Create business process documentation, reports, dashboards, presentations, and training materials.

- Influence process improvements and challenge existing ways of working to drive operational excellence.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- 6 to 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Supply Chain Operations, Master Data Management, Data Governance, or a related business function.

- Strong understanding of :

1. Demand Planning

2. Supply Planning

3. Inventory Management

4. Sales and Shipment Data

5. Supply Chain Processes

- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including planners, inventory managers, business process owners, and IT teams.

- Hands-on experience with SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA.

- Experience with planning platforms such as :

1. SAP IBP

2. Anaplan

3. Kinaxis

4. OMP

- Advanced proficiency in SQL/SQL Plus.

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Understanding of data warehouse concepts and data modeling techniques, including :

1. Star Schema

2. Snowflake Schema

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and change management capabilities.

- Degree specialization in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or related fields.

Certifications :

- CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional)

- DGSP (Data Governance & Stewardship Professional)

Technical Experience :

- Experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies including Azure and Databricks.

- Experience working in Agile environments.

- Prior experience as a Product Owner or within Digital Product Management teams.
