As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging business requirements with
technology-driven CRM solutions. You will work closely with clients, internal product and
engineering teams, and other stakeholders to understand business workflows, translate them
into clear requirements, and drive successful CRM adoption and optimization. This role sits at
the intersection of business analysis, client engagement, and product enablement, and is
ideal for candidates with experience working on CRM platforms in client-facing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as a trusted business and solution partner for assigned CRM clients/accounts
- Understanding client business objectives, sales, marketing, and customer support workflows and mapping them to CRM capabilities
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborating with Product, Engineering, QA, and Implementation teams to drive CRM configurations, enhancements, and integrations
- Supporting end-to-end CRM lifecycle activities including requirement discovery, solution design, UAT, training, and go-live support
- Translating client feedback and operational challenges into structured product and process improvement opportunities
- Conducting stakeholder discussions, requirement validation sessions, and solution walkthroughs
- Monitoring CRM usage, adoption metrics, and performance KPIs to identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Supporting renewals, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives through data-backed insights
- Managing escalations effectively and ensuring timely issue resolution while setting clear stakeholder expectations
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, CRM Account Management,
- Customer Success, or similar client-facing roles
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot,
- Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, lead management, and customer support workflows
- Proven ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile or fast-paced environments
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to analyze CRM data, reports, and dashboards to derive actionable insights
- Exposure to CRM implementations, configurations, or migrations is a strong plus
- Basic understanding of integrations, APIs, and SaaS/B2B business models is desirable
