Payments Business Analyst - FX
Deloitte is actively hiring Business Analyst experienced in the Banking domain and Digital Transformation initiatives, specifically in Payments (Domestic / International Payment Schemes, end-to-end Payment's lifecycle experience, corporate payments).

FX Order Placement & Execution
- Forward Contracts: Lock in an exchange rate for a future date, helping customers manage currency risk for upcoming transactions.
- FX Limit Orders: Set target exchange rates; the app automatically executes the conversion when the market hits the specified rate.
FX Rate Alerts & Market Insights
- Rate Notifications: Set up alerts for preferred exchange rates, so customers are notified when their target rate is reached.
- Market News & Analysis: Access curated FX market insights, trends, and forecasts directly within the app.
Role Description:
- Associate will be part of Digital Transformation projects with Global Banks supported by Deloitte
- Should be able to exhibit digital transformation experience of delivering Banking products
- Is expected to work with end client business stakeholders, transformation colleagues and technology teams while delivering requirements on the assigned programs
- Should have excellent communication, articulation, and stakeholder management skills
- Should be able to articulate change management experience
- Should have experience and be comfortable working in Agile environment
- Demonstrate experience in coordinating business stakeholders, development and testing teams during the development lifecycle
- Ability to work in fast paced environment; possess excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Desirable to have experience with backlog management tools (e.g. Jira)
- Desirable to have designing, developing, and maintaining complex applications using TDD and BDD practices
- Spot FX Transactions: Instantly convert currencies at prevailing market rates. Customers can transfer funds between their own accounts in different currencies or make international payments.
