We are building Amazon's first horizontal self-serve decisioning platform - an intelligence layer that upgrades static rule-based systems into outcome-learning, context-aware decision engines. The platform serves multiple tenants across multiple organizations and domains, each requiring structured onboarding, cross-org coordination, and production launch governance.
As a Business Analyst at Amazon, you will serve as a key analytical contributor working on complex business problems across multiple projects. This role combines execution with emerging strategic thinking to deliver data-driven solutions that influence business decisions. You'll work independently with limited guidance, leveraging advanced analytical tools and techniques to provide diagnostic analyses and generate insights that support team goals. The position requires strong technical skills in data analysis, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders up to senior leadership levels. You'll be responsible for optimizing analytical practices, streamlining business processes, and mentoring others while managing multiple priorities. This role offers the opportunity to drive significant impact through data-informed decisions and process improvements that support Amazon's customer-centric mission.
