Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate across teams to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements clearly and accurately
• Translate business needs into actionable functional requirements and solution recommendations
• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and functional design discussions
• Support system implementation activities including testing, validation, and configuration
• Communicate business and technical information effectively to different stakeholder groups
• Work closely with project, delivery, and development teams to ensure alignment on requirements and outcomes
• Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making
• Contribute to data-driven projects by identifying insights and supporting business analysis initiatives
• Help ensure smooth execution and successful delivery of business and technology solutions
• Explore opportunities to improve productivity and analysis outcomes through AI tools and technology-assisted workflows where relevant

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience working in data-related projects and environments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in customer-facing roles
• Ability to understand business challenges and convert them into structured requirements
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
