About The Role
We are looking for a
highly curious, data-driven Business Analyst who loves working with data and turning it into meaningful stories and actionable insights. This role sits at the intersection of
business, data analysis, and visualization, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive informed decision-making.

right questions, building intuitive dashboards, and explaining complex insights in a simple way this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Qlik Sense
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and connect data from multiple sources into BI tools
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
- Create clear data stories that help leadership and teams make better decisions
- Validate data accuracy, ensure data quality, and troubleshoot data inconsistencies
- Proactively explore data to uncover new opportunities, risks, and insights
- Support ad-hoc analysis and deep dives as needed
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in Power BI and/or Qlik Sense
- Solid working knowledge of SQL (joins, aggregations, subqueries, performance optimization)
- Experience connecting databases / data tables directly to BI tools
- Strong understanding of data modeling and visualization best practices
- Ability to convert raw data into clear insights and narratives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- High level of curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail
Good to Have
- Experience with large datasets / data warehouses
- Knowledge of Python / R for analysis
- Experience working in fast-paced, data-driven environments
- Understanding of product, operations, or business metrics
