Business Analyst (Data Centric)

Required Qualifications & Experience

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.

● 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including a minimum of 2 years on data-centric projects.

● Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, business process modelling, and documentation.

● Strong understanding of data management concepts, such as data warehousing, ETL, and data quality.

● Experience with relevant tools, including SQL, Excel, BI tools, and process mapping software.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

● Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

● Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments.

● Eligibility to work in the project's location (for example, Dublin, if applicable).

Preferred Skills:

● Experience in Media industry

● Experience with data visualisation tools, including Power BI.

● Ability to work both independently and as part of a distributed team.

● Experience in change management and training delivery.

Deliverables:

● Business Requirements Document (BRD)

● Functional and Data Requirements Specifications

● Work items in Azure DevOps such as Epics, Features, User stories

● Process maps and data flow diagrams

● Documentation of test cases and acceptance criteria

● Stakeholder meeting artefacts, including agendas, minutes, and action items
