Role Summary
We are looking for a
Business Analyst with strong experience in
data, analytics, and reporting projects.
The role focuses on
requirements gathering, process analysis, and bridging business and technical teams to deliver scalable data solutions across platforms like Microsoft Azure, Power BI, and enterprise data systems.
Key Responsibilities Requirements & Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements (BRD, user stories).
- Perform gap analysis and impact assessment.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications.
Process Modeling
- Create as-is and to-be process flows (BPMN/UML).
- Drive process improvement initiatives.
Data & BI
- Analyze datasets using SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, MSBI).
- Support development of reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders.
- Define communication plans and stakeholder mapping.
Testing & Validation- Develop test cases and support QA activities:
- Functional & Regression Testing
- API & Performance Testing
- Validate solutions against business requirements.
Project & Delivery Support
- Work in Agile environments (user stories, sprint support).
- Track risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Support change management and adoption.
Required Skills- Strong experience in Business Analysis (data/BI projects)
- Expertise in:
- Requirements gathering & documentation (BRD, FS, user stories)
- Data analysis using SQL
- Process modeling (BPMN/UML)
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, MSBI)
- Knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
