Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru. We are looking for a driven and analytically sharp Business Analyst with a strong foundation in data analytics and geospatial intelligence to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of data science, rural market intelligence, and business strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to extract insights from large-scale structured and unstructured datasets, build intelligence frameworks, and enable data-driven decisions for clients and internal stakeholders. If you are passionate about solving complex problems with data and want to work at the cutting edge of geo-intelligence and programmatic advertising, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
• Analyze large and complex datasets — including geospatial, demographic, and behavioral data — to extract actionable insights for business and client use cases.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and analytical workflows using Python and Snowflake to support intelligence products and campaign analytics.
• Use Google Earth Engine (GEE) to process and analyse satellite imagery, extract signals, and support geospatial intelligence development.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, white spaces, and opportunities across rural and semi-urban markets.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to translate data findings into strategic recommendations and client-ready deliverables.
• Validate data quality, identify anomalies, and ensure integrity across datasets used for intelligence products and client reporting.
• Support the development of scoring frameworks, indices, and segmentation models for audience and geographic targeting.
• Create detailed reports and visual summaries to communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications
• 1–2 years of experience in a data analytics, business intelligence, or related role.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Snowflake for data warehousing, querying, and pipeline management.
• Mandatory: Strong Python skills for data analysis, automation, and processing large datasets.
• Big data analytics experience (Spark, Hadoop, or equivalent frameworks) is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to convert complex data into clear business narratives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Geography, Economics, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
