Business/Data Analyst Environmental, Health, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance (WERCS Software)
Overview:
Support environmental, health, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives by leveragingWERCS (Worldwide Environmental and Regulatory Compliance Solutions)software to help organizations maintain compliance, manage chemical data, and mitigate risks. Collaborate cross-functionally to design, enhance, and implement digital compliance solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Process Analysis & Solution Design
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate regulatory and business requirements into technical specifications and functional designs for software enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsbusiness SMEs, compliance, and ITto design and implement integrated compliance solutions.
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) & Product Delivery
- Participate in the planning, design, testing, and delivery of WERCS-related software releases, enhancements, and updates in anAgile/SAFeenvironment.
- Support validation activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and SDLC documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Regulatory & Compliance Management
- Configure and monitorWERCSsystems to ensure adherence to global chemical regulatory frameworks (EU CLP, US OSHA, Canadian WHMIS, etc.).
- ManageSafety Data Sheet (SDS)authoring and distribution using WERCS, ensuring alignment with local and international regulations.
- Supportproduct registration, hazard communication, and integration with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, PLM).
- Stakeholder Engagement & Continuous Improvement
- Gather stakeholder feedback, analyze system performance, and drive continuous improvements in compliance workflows.
- Document business systems and processes, comparing current and future state to identify efficiency opportunities.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Expertise inWERCS software(UL Solutions) configuration, SDS management, and compliance workflows.
- Strong understanding ofEHS and regulatory complianceinpharmaceutical manufacturingenvironments.
- Experience withSAFe/Agilemethodologies and SDLC processes.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards (EU CLP, OSHA, WHMIS, GHS).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong documentation and facilitation abilities across technical and non-technical teams.
PMO Support Lab Solutions Tower
Overview:
Provide financial and project management support for Lab Solutions initiatives, overseeing operational expenditures (Opex), project finances, and governance activities across the digital portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage project financial forecasts, purchase orders, accruals, and reclasses.
- Process monthly financial actuals, prepare variance and trend reports, and identify irregular spending or errors.
- Maintain financial documentation and ensure data integrity within project management systems (e.g.,P3, Jira Align, SharePoint).
- Support governance, reporting, and compliance with digital organization operating models.
Skills & Tools
- Strong financial acumen and project portfolio management experience.
- Advanced proficiency inJira,Jira Align,Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
PMP certification preferred
