Job Title: Business Analyst / Data Analyst – FCRM (Power Platform & Power BI)

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, offering the possibility of a full-time role based on individual performance and business requirements.
Overview:
We are looking for a highly analytical professional to support Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) operations. This role will focus on leveraging data, automation, and visualization to drive insights across AML, KYC, and Fraud Prevention processes for global clients.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze transactional and customer data to identify fraud patterns and AML risks
- Design and deliver Power BI dashboards for operational and compliance reporting
- Automate recurring reports and workflows using Power Automate
- Build Power Apps to streamline FCRM operations and case management
- Partner with operations teams to improve productivity, quality, and turnaround time
- Perform trend analysis, root cause analysis, and recommend actionable insights
- Track and report KPIs, SLAs, and risk indicators
- Support regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance reviews
- Drive continuous improvement and digitization initiatives across FCRM processes
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, Technology, or related field
- Relevant experience in BPO/KPO analytics or FCRM domain
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
- Proficiency in SQL and Advanced Excel
- Understanding of AML, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Fraud Risk
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Banking/Financial Services (BFSI) domain
- Knowledge of Python / SAS / R for data analysis
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (FATF, global AML guidelines)
- Certifications such as CAMS, Power BI, or Microsoft Power Platform
