Business Analyst

Summary

Business Analyst responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting the delivery of business and technology solutions by coordinating with stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements
• Analyze business processes and identify improvements
• Prepare BRD/FRD, user stories, and process flows
• Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
• Support testing, UAT, and project implementation
• Track project progress and report insights

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies
• Familiarity with Excel, JIRA, SQL, Power BI, or similar tools
• Experience as a Business Analyst preferred
