We operate through multiple brands catering to different sub-segments:

  • Itsy (₹1000–1500)
  • Treebo and Treebo Premium (₹1500–3000)
  • Medalio, our newly launched affordable luxury brand (₹3000–6000 per night)

We are also the master franchisee of Accor Hotels in India for their Ibis and Mercure brands, which cater to larger mid-market properties.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders across teams to analyze business requirements, track key performance metrics, build insightful dashboards, and drive data-backed decision-making. If you enjoy working with data, identifying process improvement opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, we'd love to hear from you.

What are we looking for -

  • Collaborate with senior analysts and managers to gather, document, and analyze stakeholder requirements, objectives, and KPIs.
  • Maintaining and updating team dashboards, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data.
  • Support data collection, cleaning, and validation efforts to ensure accurate and reliable performance data.
  • Assist in generating insightful reports and dashboards that highlight key performance metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Help identify opportunities for process enhancement and optimization of the workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, data analytics, and IT, to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.
  • Participate in testing and other experiments to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics.

What we are looking for

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dissect complex data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Tableau, Power BI), and basic statistical analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience or internships in business analysis or analytics is a plus.
