Business Analyst – Job Description (3 Years Experience)

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with around 3 years of experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, stakeholder communication, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should be capable of bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions while ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and clients.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Work closely with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and process mapping for existing and new systems.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, workflow diagrams, and process documentation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track project progress and resolve requirement-related issues.
• Perform data analysis and generate insights using SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by validating business requirements and expected outcomes.
• Support process improvement initiatives and recommend optimized business solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Business Analysis methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation.
• Good knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and reporting/visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to create process flows, wireframes, and business workflows.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, or Agile certifications are a plus.
• Experience working in data analytics, automation, or digital transformation projects is preferred.

Experience:

• 3+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
