Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Risk Management, or Compliance functions.
- Strong documentation and coordination skills with a focus on detail and process adherence.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working across departments.
- Prior exposure to regulatory frameworks (e.g., HITRUST, HIPAA, SOC2, ISO 27001) is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- High adaptability and a proactive learning attitude toward compliance and information security domains.
