About the Role
Credo IT Solutions is looking for a Business Analyst who will act as the bridge between clients and the development team. The primary responsibility is to onboard new clients after software purchase, understand their business processes, gather requirements, prepare documentation, and coordinate with developers to ensure successful implementation.
The role requires strong communication skills, business understanding, process mapping ability, and the capability to convert business requirements into clear technical requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Onboarding & Implementation
- Conduct onboarding sessions with newly acquired clients.
- Understand the client's business processes, workflows, challenges, and objectives.
- Configure and assist clients during the initial software setup.
- Coordinate implementation timelines and milestones.
- Ensure smooth software adoption by clients.
Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Conduct detailed requirement gathering meetings.
- Understand existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Create process flowcharts, workflows, and user journey maps.
- Identify customization and automation requirements.
Coordination with Development Team
- Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements.
- Create detailed task specifications for developers.
- Explain client requirements to the development team.
- Clarify business logic whenever required.
- Participate in sprint planning and implementation discussions.
- Perform requirement validation before development starts.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Validate developed features against client requirements.
- Report bugs and track their resolution.
- Ensure final delivery meets agreed requirements.
Client Communication & Support
- Act as the primary point of contact during implementation.
- Conduct regular project review meetings.
- Provide status updates to clients.
- Handle change requests and additional requirements.
- Assist clients in understanding software features and best practices.

- Meeting Minutes (MOM)
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong business process understanding.
- Requirement gathering and documentation expertise.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of SaaS products and software implementation.
- Ability to coordinate between clients and technical teams.
- Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in Business Administration, IT, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience as Business Analyst, Implementation Executive, Project Coordinator, or Client Success Executive.
- Experience in SaaS, ERP, CRM, Workflow Automation, HRMS, or Project Management Software preferred.
