Job Details

• Gather and manage requirements through client interactions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews
• Document business, functional, and non-functional requirements clearly
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications
• Analyze current (As-Is) processes and design future (To-Be) workflows
• Identify gaps and optimization opportunities using process improvement frameworks
• Support solution design, feasibility analysis, and risk assessment
• Assist with data analysis, dashboards, KPIs, and leadership insights
• Support project planning, documentation, UAT, and coordination with cross-functional teams
