Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain knowledge in the BFSI sector to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end requirement delivery, working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to design, document, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end requirement gathering using multiple techniques (interviews, workshops, documentation analysis, etc.)
- Perform gap analysis on existing systems and propose product enhancements
- Create and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
- Drive requirement tracking, prioritization, and change management throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution design, delivery planning, and execution
- Work closely with technology teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Create UI/UX wireframes, mockups, or prototypes using tools like PPT or Figma
- Support functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure requirements are met
- Drive user adoption and support change management initiatives
- Use JIRA or similar project tracking tools for requirement and task management
- Perform basic SQL queries for data analysis and validation
- Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders across hierarchy levels to ensure timely closure of requirements
- Act as a team player, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the BFSI domain
- Strong understanding of requirement gathering methodologies and SDLC
- Experience in gap analysis, solution design, and product enhancement
- Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar project management tools
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and UI concepts
- Working knowledge of technology concepts to coordinate effectively with development teams
- Experience in functional testing and UAT
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
