Job Title : Business Analyst - Contract & Subscription Model
Job Type : Part-Time / Contract
Experience : 4-8 Years
Location : Hyderabad, Telangana / Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Responsibilities
- Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in SaaS, subscription, or contract-driven businesses.
- Strong Experience in Accounts Payable(AP), Accounts Receivable(AR), and General Ledger(GL) processes.
- Strong understanding of subscription billing, revenue recognition, and contract management processes.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, or subscription management tools.
- Analyze, document, and optimize contract management processes and subscription lifecycle workflows (onboarding, billing, renewals, amendments, cancellations).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and IT, to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Conduct data analysis to provide insights into subscription metrics, revenue recognition, churn, and customer behavior.
- Support implementation and enhancement of subscription management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, SAP, or similar systems).
- Identify process gaps, risks, and inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions.
- Assist in preparing business cases, reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing), process validation, and documentation for system changes.
- Stay updated with industry trends in subscription-based and contract-driven business models
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
