Business Analyst

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and integration of NDC solutions with various travel management companies, global distribution systems (GDS), and airlines
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
• Provide expert guidance on NDC standards and best practices to internal teams and clients
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on NDC functionalities and benefits
• Monitor and analyze the performance of NDC implementations, identifying areas for improvement and optimization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Over 8 years of experience in the travel industry, with a strong focus on airline distribution and NDC
• In-depth knowledge of NDC standards, airline distribution systems, and travel technology
• Proven experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail

Skills:

• Expertise in NDC and airline distribution systems
• Amadeus Products for NDC aggregated content (Seco, Cytric, web services etc.)
• Proficiency in project management and Agile tools and methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent presentation and training skills
• Validate XML/JSON payloads using Postman, SoapUI, or REST Assured
• Ensure compliance with GDSs (Amadeus) and airline IT systems
• Analyze and report defects using JIRA with root cause analysis
• Collaborate with developers and business teams to resolve issues
