We're looking for a data-driven and analytical Business Analyst who can transform business data into actionable insights, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making across functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business, sales, marketing, and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and performance trackers for key business metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product, to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor lead funnel performance, conversion rates, learner acquisition, customer retention, and other key business metrics to drive growth.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend scalable, data-backed solutions to improve operational performance.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support leadership with strategic business decisions.
• Prepare insightful business reports, presentations, and executive summaries for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple data sources while maintaining high reporting standards.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Prior experience in the EdTech, SaaS, or consumer internet industry is a plus.
