Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze business processes, particularly in the Cards domain.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define and document detailed business requirements, including process flows, use cases, and user stories.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with business users and subject matter experts to gather input and feedback.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for automation solutions, including API and microservices integrations.
  • Assist in the selection and implementation of automation tools and technologies.
  • Create test plans, test cases, and conduct testing to ensure automation solutions meet business requirements.
  • Monitor automation solution performance, track KPIs, and recommend improvements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of automation solutions.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging automation trends.
