Role: Business Analyst

We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to join our growing team for enterprise-scale transformation initiatives in the General Insurance domain.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, requirement elicitation, agile delivery, and documentation. This role requires the ability to work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Architects, IT teams, and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business and technology stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements
• Elicit, analyse, document, and validate comprehensive business requirements
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to achieve stakeholder consensus
• Create Epics, User Stories, process flows, and supporting documentation using tools such as Confluence and Jira
• Support Sprint 0 and early-phase delivery setup activities
• Apply industry-standard modelling techniques, including data modelling and BPMN
• Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, IT teams, QA teams, and senior stakeholders
• Drive early testing readiness, including functional testing scenarios and data definitions
• Support agile delivery by aligning requirements with business priorities
• Work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision

Key Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of overall experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong Business Analyst experience in the General Insurance domain
• Experience in areas such as Quote & Buy, Sales, Policy Administration, Underwriting, Claims, Payments / Collections, Output Management, Input Management, and Access Management systems
• Proven experience engaging with diverse stakeholder groups
• Demonstrated experience in Sprint 0 or early-phase delivery setup
• Excellent communication skills in English with professional fluency
• Strong experience in requirement elicitation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder consensus building
• Solid experience creating Epics and User Stories using Confluence and Jira
• Ability to apply data modelling, BPMN, and other recognised industry-standard modelling techniques
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Agile mindset with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing business priorities
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of deliverables

Good to Have

• Experience in the Commercial Motor Trade domain
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire Systems
• Understanding of Data Governance and Data Management
