Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Conduct process mapping, workflow analysis, and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with IT, project managers, and business teams to implement solutions.
Support data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and use cases.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations for stakeholders.
Ensure solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, SQL, and project management software.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience in requirements management and documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence).
