Our Engineering team builds high-quality and innovative software to enable our customers to grow their revenues powered by the state-of-the-art subscription management platform.

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst, you will focus on developing a deep understanding of the organisation's products and the business problems they aim to solve. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs across areas such as CPQ, CRM integrations, pricing, usage tracking, billing, and monetization, and turn them into clear requirements.

You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, supporting product and feature development, and collaborating with engineering and design teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. The role involves active participation in user acceptance testing (UAT), validating functionality against requirements, and contributing to user-facing documentation to ensure solutions meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and usability. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and logical reasoning will be key to succeeding in this role.

This role offers broad exposure to product development and customer needs, providing a strong foundation for future growth into product-focused roles (such as product management) or customer-facing roles (such as presales, sales, implementation consulting, or customer success).

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements to be taken up for product development. Communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences. Conduct UAT and system testing to ensure product accuracy. Assist with product training, documentation, and customer support. Develop CPQ, CRM, Billing and SaaS domain knowledge to solve complex problems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Strong GPA (>3.6/4.0). 1-3 years of work experience in a SaaS company or billing operations preferred. Experience with billing software is highly desired. Proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with usage-based billing systems or subscription management platforms. Skills in relational databases and SQL for data extraction and analysis is a plus

Core Competencies:

  1. Ability to understand business and customer needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements
  2. Preferably having an overall exposure to CRM, CPQ, and Billing Implementations for SaaS businesses.
  3. Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  4. Foundational understanding of SaaS concepts such as subscriptions, pricing, usage tracking, billing, CRM, and CPQ systems
  5. Hands-on experience with user acceptance testing, validating features against requirements, and identifying defects
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex scenarios logically
  7. Proficiency in Excel for analysis and reporting; familiarity with SQL, databases, or billing platforms is a plus
  8. Ability to create clear documentation and quickly learn new products, tools, and domains
