We're looking for a Business Analytics who can be the analytical brain behind Chalo Premium Buses. You'll convert data from routes, users, and revenue into decisions that move the business forward.This isn't just number-crunching, you'll bridge business stakeholders and our tech/data science teams, deliver performance visibility, proactive insights, and build automation-first reporting systems.

What You'll Do
Revenue & Forecasting
- Own end-to-end revenue analysis, demand forecasting models, and unit economics tracking
- Support data-driven pricing decisions with cost vs. budget analysis
Business Insights & Root Cause Analysis
- Lead structured RCAs for revenue, bookings, and user behavior deviations
- Proactively surface trends and deliver prioritized action recommendations
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze route-level profitability, load factors, and user cohorts (acquisition, retention, churn)
- Build and automate daily/weekly/monthly dashboards across SQL, event tracking, and ops systems
- Conduct funnel analysis and recommend product interventions
AI & Automation
- Use LLM tools to accelerate insights and reporting
- Collaborate with data scientists on demand and churn models
- Champion data-driven culture and automation-first workflows
What We're Looking For
- 3-6 years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, or similar roles
- Advanced SQL - you should be comfortable with large-scale cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.)
- BI Tools - Experience with Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar (mandatory)
- Event Analytics - Proficiency with event tracking platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)
- Excel/Google Sheets - Advanced level (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of P&L, unit economics, and transport KPIs
- Hypothesis-first, structured problem-solving approach
- Ability to convert analysis into clear, concise business narratives
- Confident presenter to senior leadership
- Travel-tech, mobility, or transport experience preferred
