Business Analyst ( CFA )

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst (CFA) located in Pune. The Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying business requirements, analyzing business processes, and developing strategies to improve efficiency. They will also be responsible for collaborating with different teams to communicate business needs and ensure effective implementation of business solutions. The role demands keen analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and thorough documentation of business processes and requirements.

• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
• Proficiency in defining Business Requirements and assessing Business Processes
• Excellent Communication skills to articulate business needs across teams
• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or similar qualification is strongly preferred
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the healthcare or product innovation industry is a plus
