Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with airport stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
- Analyze current processes and systems to identify integration opportunities and gaps.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with airport authorities, airlines, ground handlers, and technology vendors.
- Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
- Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
- Support the development of test plans and user acceptance criteria.
- Assist in mapping data flows and interfaces between systems (e.g., AODB, BHS, FIDS, CUTE/CUPPS, security systems).
- Monitor integration milestones and support issue resolution during implementation.
- Support change impact analysis and contribute to training and communication plans.
- Ensure business readiness and adoption of new systems and processes.
- Ensure solutions comply with aviation industry standards (e.g., IATA, ICAO) and cybersecurity requirements.
