Job Description
We are hiring a skilled Business Analyst – Capital Markets for one of our leading consulting clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong domain expertise in Capital Markets along with excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and requirement gathering skills.
The role involves working closely with business users, technology teams, and stakeholders to deliver strategic transformation initiatives across capital market functions and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Work closely with business users, product owners, and technology teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Participate in requirement workshops, impact analysis, gap analysis, and solution discussions.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
- Support system implementation, testing, UAT, and production rollout activities.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of business solutions.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and recommend operational efficiencies.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders and manage communication across business and technology teams.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Technology, or related field.
