JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design and implement complete workflows using BPMN 2.0 for process orchestration and DMN for business decision logic
• Translate business and operational requirements into executable workflow and decision models
• Model approvals, controls, SLAs, handoffs, and exception paths required for financial workflows
• Partner with business, product, and engineering teams to validate workflow behavior and outcomes
• Ensure workflows meet financial industry expectations for auditability, transparency, and operational control
• Produce clear documentation and support knowledge transfer to internal teams

· Capital markets BA

· Trade Lifecycle

· Good understanding of financial products

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with Pentaho and Alteryx
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting
• Ability to document logic architecture, converting legacy ETL/transformation logic, and validate migrated transformations against existing outputs
• Ability to work independently and escalate issues clearly
