Primary Responsibilities:
• Lead data analytics initiatives to gather, analyze, and interpret sales and market data relevant to the Canadian sales organization.
• Generate actionable insights from complex datasets to inform and influence Canada Sales strategy and execution plans.
• Design, develop, and maintain impactful dashboards and visualizations that provide clear, real-time visibility into sales performance, market trends, and strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to align analytics outputs with business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Support strategic decision-making by delivering data-driven recommendations and scenario analyses.
• Drive continuous improvement in data quality, reporting processes, and analytics capabilities within the sales planning function.
• Monitor competitive landscape and market dynamics to anticipate risks and identify growth opportunities.
• Communicate findings effectively to senior leadership through presentations and reports, ensuring clarity and strategic relevance.
• Partner with broader Cisco teams to leverage corporate data assets and analytics tools for enhanced sales planning.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, and dashboarding tools.
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights that drive business outcomes.
• Experience working within sales strategy, planning, or operations environments.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with data visualization platforms and analytics software.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple teams and influence without direct authority.
• Some understanding of the Canadian market and sales ecosystem is preferred.
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading)
