Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, product owners, and technical teams, to elicit, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements for the global digital platform.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with global stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, ensuring that the platform meets their requirements and aligns with business objectives.
Documentation: Develop comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement specifications (FRSs), user stories, use cases, and process flows to guide the development and implementation of the platform.
Gap Analysis: Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states, and propose solutions to bridge these gaps.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to support decision-making, including defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for the platform.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to optimize platform performance and user experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, developers, UX/UI designers, and QA teams to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
Testing & Validation: Participate in the development of test plans and scripts, and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the platform meets the defined requirements.
Change Management: Support change management efforts by helping to define and document changes in business processes, and assist in training and communication efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on digital platforms, software development, or global projects.
Strong understanding of digital platforms, software development life cycle (SDLC), and business analysis methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with business analysis tools and software such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or equivalen
